Sky Cards Support

Please use the form below to enter your Sky digi box details.
You will find all the required information by doing the following

(1) Insert your viewing card in the bottom slot

(2) Press the "Services" button on the Sky remote control

(3) Select "System setup " from the menu

(4) Select "System details " from the menu

All the information you require should now be displayed on the tv screen.

Please ensure before requesting an activation that your box can receive "Sky news " Channel 501 . After requesting an activation please ensure you leave the digibox switched on and check the card is inserted correctly in the bottom slot . The box can be on any channel to receive an activation.

Your activation will take between 20 mins to 24 hours under normal conditions but may take longer if Sky are very busy.

Sky reset

(DON'T try to force a software download unless you are getting a good signal indication - this can cause permanent memory corruption in some circumstances).

* Switch off Digibox at the wall socket.
* Hold "Backup" button on front panel.
* Switch ON Digibox at the wall socket.
* Wait till all LEDs light up.
* Release "Backup" button on front panel.
* Wait 15 minutes until Digibox goes into standby.
